Specifications and agreements

Any transaction requires a separate written agreement covering species, grade, dimensions, quantity, moisture, permissible defects, price, currency, Incoterm, named location, inspection, payment and delivery terms. Supplier submissions and buyer enquiries do not create a contract.

Estimates and import information

The landed-cost calculator uses values entered by the visitor and is an estimation tool only. Shipment costs, classifications, duties, taxes and applicable requirements must be independently confirmed before shipment.

Appropriate use

Use the site for legitimate business enquiries. Do not submit misleading offers, malicious content, private documents or information you are not authorised to share.
